Services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation for any of our services, including any Free Consultation services. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to fill out a client profile and to prepare for your treatment.
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We require that you advise us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to change or cancel an appointment we have held for you. We may charge up to the full amount of the service to your credit card for a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, the full amount of the service will be charged to your credit card. For pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series. For injectables appointment with the Registered Nurse you will be charged $150 for a missed appointment. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.
Please understand that we allot a specific amount of time for each service. All medical spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. You will be responsible for the full service.
Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift cards/certificates.
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice. This is included for all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.
Services that are are equal to or exceed $500 will require payment before treatments are performed.
There are no refunds on services that have already been provided or packages that have been purchased. If client does not want to continue with the package that's been purchased, a credit will be issued for the remaining balance which they can use towards an alternative service/treatment.
Products are refundable and exchangeable within 30 days if unopened. There are no refunds or exchanges with purchase of treatment packages.
Major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal, certified checks, money orders, or any 3rd party gift cards or pre-paid credit cards. Credit cards must physically be present and ID must match credit card.
When booking online a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment. You will be booked according to the next available room and may not necessarily be booked with a specific provider. To request a specific provider please call us to book your appointment.
